I’m a stay-at-home mother of this little man and wife to my wonderful hubby, Brett. We live in a small town near Frederick, Md., most recently transported from our 5-year-home in Wisconsin. Brett and I both grew up on dairy farms in Maryland and moved back home to be among family and friends. I now have a familiar place to lay my head in both states.
When I’m not stampin’ I enjoy freelance journalism for various agriculture publications. Some of my more notable jobs have been working as a food safety inspector and grader with the Maryland Dept. of Agriculture. I also held the editorial coordinator position at Hoard’s Dairyman magazine, I am currently employed as a web maintenance assistant and journalist. When I had our son in March 2014, I decided to focus on being a parent and I’m loving every precious moment.
I joined Stampin’ Up! in 2014 and I love it! I’ve always been involved in memory keeping and photography, so I decided to join for the amazing discount on great quality products. Most believe Stampin’ Up! to be just rubber stamps and ink, but it stretches further into memory keeping, paper crafting, digital, gift wrap, and has so much more to offer! It’s been a blessing to hold classes and visit with people who are like-minded in creativity. Stampin’ Up! makes it so easy to work my business with how they treat their demonstrators offering easy-to-do kits and fun products. This page of my life has finally turned into a business adventure for me to add a little more to the household income.
I’ve gained many friendships through this journey and I am excited to see what other adventures are to come. 🙂
